Welcome! You've arrived at this website because you are looking for information and perhaps a training experience with Russian Kettlebells. You have my respect already.
These "cannonballs with handles" have trained elite military, professional and Olylmic athletes, law enforcement, firefighters, MMA fighters, power-lifters and many, many athletic elite. Do not be intimidated, Kettlebells are for us mere mortals as well. However, I warn you they WILL change your body. Be prepared.
Training with kettlebells is truly like no other method. They work so many muscle groups in dynamic syncronicity that you will accomplish more in 20 minutes with Kettlebells than in 60 minutes of traditional resistance training. Oh, and that 20 minutes includes cardio, flexibility, strength and power work. Don't believe me. Train with me once - then you will understand.
Excess fat will melt away. Kettlebell training will take you from cold to dripping in sweat inside 10 minutes! You will build muscle. But it will be real, functional strength, not useless gym-dandy muscle fluff Inside two weeks you will already feel stronger and in a month of dedicated training you will be a changed person.
Thinking of excuses? Please stop yourself.
