The Warrior Woman Workout

Monday's & Wednesday's ~ 11am to noon
Tuesday’s & Thursday’s ~ 6p to 7pm.

Classes start Tuesday, March 1st 

This class is a very unique workout.  Woman focused, intense, yet very supportive to delicate knees, bad backs, etc.  You get it all in this class - cardio, weight training, ample stretching and flexibility work, and some secret extras too! 

We will use Russian Kettlebells, TRX and many other secret weapons to melt fat and build amazing strength without manly bulk.  We will develop cat(woman)-like agility and the regal posture that is the physical signature of a Warrior Woman.

First class - FREE!  Yes, Free.  No excuses. 

$25/class or, 

One month class package for $160 ($20/class). 
This package includes a free fitness assessment
